Access and Opportunity Summit
S&T Bank hosted the first of its kind summit, with the aim of bringing community leaders together with S&T leaders for dialogue to delve into how we can create a more inclusive financial system. The theme of the summit was building bridges to financial inclusion. Through open discussion and collaboration, we believe we can develop tailored financial products and services that truly resonate with the needs of the communities we serve. Fostering ongoing conversations and strengthening these vital partnerships is the key to building bridges to financial success and promoting lasting community impact.

Awards

Supporting Military Families
S&T received a 2025 American Bankers Association (ABA) Foundation Community Commitment Award in the Supporting Military Families category. We maintain our steadfast commitment to Veterans, military members and their families as a critical component of our people-forward banking purpose.

Athena Leadership Award
S&T Training and Development Manager, Felicia Daniel, was chosen as the Indiana County Young Athena Leadership Award winner. This recognition honors individuals who demonstrate exceptional leadership, professional excellence and a commitment to empower women to reach their full potential.

Inclusive Leadership Award
Genevieve Oduor, Director of inclusion Relationship Development, was named the Pennsylvania Bankers Association 2025 Inclusive Leadership Award winner. This award recognizes her leadership and commitment to advancing and celebrating inclusivity within S&T and across the banking industry.
Women and Allies in Banking Conference
S&T Bank held its third annual Women and Allies in Banking Conference in Blairsville, PA. This inspiring day was filled with discussions and insights related to professional development as well as embracing one’s individual journey in the workplace. Our highly esteemed Keynote Speaker was Command Sergeant Major Gretchen Evans, U.S. Army, Retired, whose awe-inspiring speech motivated listeners to say yes to new challenges and take that leap of faith to go farther than you even thought possible in life, even in difficult circumstances. Attendees listened to lively internal as well as external panel discussions with community leaders.

S&T Bank Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are referred to as an affinity or networking group that serves to develop and empower employees who may share a common interest and/or purpose to foster a more inclusive workplace.
