Women and Allies in Banking Conference

S&T Bank recently held its third annual Women and Allies in Banking Conference in Blairsville, PA. This inspiring day was filled with discussions and insights related to professional development as well as embracing one’s individual journey in the workplace. Our highly esteemed Keynote Speaker was Command Sergeant Major Gretchen Evans, U.S. Army, Retired, whose awe-inspiring speech motivated listeners to say yes to new challenges and take that leap of faith to go farther than you even thought possible in life, even in difficult circumstances. Attendees listened to lively internal as well as external panel discussions with community leaders.

Empowering Women at S&T Bank

These awards are given to shine a light on companies and organizations that have demonstrated tangible efforts and documented results in supporting and empowering women in Central and Eastern PA.

Stars & Stripes is comprised of a group of people who have a common interest in supporting active service members and Veterans. This is a group driven by employees that provide support in community events, outreach, resources and mentoring opportunities.

The Women Bankers Employee Network is comprised of both female and male allies who offer professional development, leadership opportunities, education and guidance for career advancement at S&T Bank.
