Support Our Communities & Give Back

At the heart, S&T Bank is a community bank. Our employees live and work in the communities we serve. They have deep roots in their communities, and their familiarity is reflected in the business we conduct and the causes we choose to support as an institution.

Our corporate culture encourages giving back to the community. For example, in 2017 we had over 400 employees signed up to work at 23 food banks across S&T Bank’s footprint in three states and contributing 3,100 hours to the cause. Across locations and branches, employees have formed Relay For Life® teams, raising money to benefit the American Cancer Society.

Every year the bank participates in a United Way fundraising campaign. Last year employees raised more than $90,000. In 2017, employees raised more than $54,000 for local and national charities through “Jeans Day” donations. Additionally, 13 S&T employees formed a committee and held the first ever “Slice of Indiana” event which raised $20,000 for the benefit of the local food bank PowerPack program that provides food to children outside of school. Employees also volunteer time at animal shelters, community clean-up days, Miracle League events and veterans centers.
