S&T Bank PSO Go Official Rules and Regulations

OFFICIAL RULES: No purchase necessary to enter or win. Purchasing will not increase odds of winning.

ELIGIBILITY: Entrants must be a Pennsylvania resident and 18 years of age or older. S&TBank’s affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and production agencies, employees and their immediate families are not eligible. Sweepstakes are available on S&T Bank’s Instagram and Facebook pages. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. S&T Bank reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the sweepstakes at their discretion. The S&T Bank PSO Go Sweepstakes is not endorsed, sponsored or administered by Instagram or Facebook nor is Instagram or Facebook associated in any way with this contest.

HOW TO ENTER: S&T Bank’s PSO Go Sweepstakes begins at 8:00 am on September 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm on September 30, 2026. One is entered into the sweepstakes by opening a Smart Start checking account online (ages 18 – 24) or in the branch (ages 14 – 24) . Smart Start checking account must be opened in the branch with legal guardian if under the age of 18. Legal guardian will be entered into the sweepstakes on behalf of an account opened by a customer under the age of 18. PA residents only may also mail in entry by sending a 3” x 5” plain piece of paper that includes your handwritten name, address, city, state, zip code, valid email address and phone number, and mail to: S&T Bank PSO Go Sweepstakes, PO Box 190, Indiana, PA 15701. Each entry must be mailed separately from PA. No mechanically reproduced entries will be honored. Limit one entry per person, per day. Winners will be selected from all qualifying entries received September 1, 2026 through 11:59pm, September 30, 2026. Mail-in entries following the criteria above must be received by September 30, 2026.

PRIZES: A total of fifty (50) prizes will be awarded from the qualifying entries received. Fifty (50) winners will be selected from all qualifying entries received during the PSO Go Pass Sweepstakes. Each winner will receive one (1) PSO Go pass in their name. Total approximate retail value: $50 for each PSO Go pass. Prizes will be awarded. Any expenses not mentioned above are the winners’ responsibility. Prizes may not be substituted, transferred or exchanged. Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are solely the responsibility of the winner. If applicable, winner will receive a 1099-MISC tax form reflecting the final and actual retail value of their prize.

WINNER SELECTION: Fifty (50) winners will be selected from a random drawing including all qualifying entries. The fifty (50) winners will be selected and notified on or by 5:00 pm, October 15, 2026. Winners will be notified via Instagram or Facebook direct message, and/or email. PSO Go passes will be provided via email. Winners must have a valid email address. If the winner does not respond or does not have a valid email address, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. Prize acceptance constitutes permission to use winner’s name and likeness for publicity purposes without compensation.

Sponsor and agents are not responsible for liability associated with the acceptance or use of the prize, for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible or postage-due mail. Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received.
