S&T Bank Raises $40,000 for ICCAP’s Pathway Homeless Shelter

INDIANA, Pa. November 17, 2025 – S&T Bank, the wholly owned subsidiary of S&T Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ, STBA), recently raised $40,000 to support Indiana County Community Action Program’s (ICCAP) Pathway Homeless Shelter, surpassing its fundraising goal of $30,000.

In support of ICCAP and with the help of corporate sponsorships, the Bank hosted a charity benefit concert, Back to the 90s, that welcomed colleagues and community members to the Kovalchick Convention and Athletic Complex in Indiana, PA. Attendees enjoyed the decade’s styles and music while raising funds for the shelter that offers emergency housing for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. ICCAP also offers a range of supportive services, including case management, transportation to mainstream services, housing assistance and basic life skills training. Additionally, they provide meals to those residing at Pathway and partner with the Armstrong and Indiana County Intermediate Unit to ensure children staying in the shelter have reliable transportation to school.

The fundraiser was organized and led by S&T employees and members of the Bank’s 2025 Emerging Leaders Class. Emerging Leaders is a talent and engagement program designed for managers seeking to advance their leadership skills through in-person and virtual learning sessions, self-assessments and community service. Local businesses also donated raffle items to support the event. S&T employees have been volunteering with ICCAP for a decade, helping fight food insecurity through food bank volunteer hours and special event fundraising.

S&T Bank President, Dave Antolik joined the festivities by covering a few songs with the band and believes that Back to the 90s truly embodied the company’s people-forward purpose. “The enthusiasm and commitment our team members brought to this effort was inspiring and played a key role in helping us exceed our fundraising goal by $10,000,” said Antolik. “At S&T, we firmly believe everyone deserves to have access to safe housing and the resources needed to build a more stable future. The Bank continues to make people our purpose by partnering with organizations dedicated to improving housing security in our local communities.”

ICCAP’s Executive Director, Brandi Fleming stated, “The 90s-themed event was outstanding. From the band and decorations to the volunteers, baskets and incredible turnout—it was truly impressive. S&T consistently delivers high-quality fundraising events that support ICCAP’s most critical needs. I’m grateful and inspired by S&T’s dedication to our Indiana County neighbors.”
