Philadelphia Inquirer Recognizes S&T Bank as a 2025 Top Workplace

INDIANA, Pa. – May 19, 2025 – S&T Bank, the wholly owned subsidiary of S&T Bancorp Inc. (NASDAQ, STBA), has announced its naming as a 2025 Philadelphia Inquirer Top Workplaces Winner. This regional recognition is based on anonymous employee feedback from a research-based survey issued by Energage. Top Workplaces recognizes organizations that have created outstanding workplace cultures. The survey captures employee sentiments around engagement, empowerment, feeling respected and supported in the workplace, if they are enabled to grow, are fairly valued and how closely aligned they are with the company’s direction, meaning and values.

This 2025 Top Workplaces list includes businesses in the Philadelphia/Delaware Valley areas and is being published by The Philadelphia Inquirer. Participating Pennsylvania counties included Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia and the minimum regional employee count is 50. Companies can be private, public, nonprofit, educational or governmental.
