Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) Forgiveness

S&T Bank is ready to assist you with the forgiveness process on your Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan.

You can file for forgiveness in accordance with Section 1102 of the CARES Act. Guidance from the Small Business Administration (“SBA”) and United States Treasury will also help you navigate this process. 

Your completed application, along with the required supporting documentation, must be emailed to SBA@stbank.com. Please be sure to insert “SBA PPP” in the subject line.

 

PPP Loan Forgiveness Application

Please note:  you are required to complete either the PPP Loan Forgiveness Application Form 3508S, the PPP Loan Forgiveness Application Form 3508EZ, or the Application Form 3508, along with the corresponding S&T Bank PPP Forgiveness Checklists listed below.

Please complete this checklist along with the Form 3508S and submit it along with your supporting documentation.

If completing the 3508EZ or the 3508 Form, complete this checklist to indicate your submitted information.  A listing of SBA allowable payroll, employee, and non-payroll documentation is outlined.

 

After Submission

We will notify you when your forgiveness application has been processed and submitted to the Small Business Administration (SBA). This entire process may take up to 150 days. You will be notified as soon as we receive determination from the SBA regarding your forgiveness decision.
