Sean Apicella
20+ years of commercial real estate lending experience in project finance and institutional real estate finance. Project finance expertise include construction, acquisition and reposition finance. Maintains a focus on national REIT and Real Estate Fund clients for their corporate finance needs. Volunteers as a youth soccer coach for the Brunswick Soccer Association and donates time to St. Ambrose Church. Serves on the Loan Review Committee for Village Capital Corp.
Diana Selzer
13+ years’ experience leading corporate finance solutions including: syndications, multi-tranche term debt, USDA, ESOP and leveraged finance. A Board Member of the Women’s Endowment Fund and in her role as an Executive Committee member she is the Chair of Development. Diana is a lifelong Girl Scout, earning her Gold Award, and now a member of the STEM committee and an Adult Girl Scout.
Matt Tuohey
26 years of banking experience with a specialization in C&I lending to include managing contractor and equipment dealer lending.
Serves as finance counsel for the St. Clare Parish.
