Lang-ism Vote and Win Official Rules and Regulations

OFFICIAL RULES: No purchase necessary to enter or win. Purchasing will not increase odds of winning.

ELIGIBILITY: Entrants must be a Pennsylvania or Ohio resident and 18 years of age or older. S&T Bank’s affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and production agencies, employees and their immediate families are not eligible. Sweepstakes are available on S&T Bank’s Facebook page. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. S&T Bank reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the sweepstakes at their discretion. The Lang-ism vote and win sweepstakes is not endorsed, sponsored, or administered by Facebook, nor is Facebook associated in any way with this contest.

HOW TO ENTER: The Lang-ism Vote and Win Sweepstakes begins on November 1, 2021 and ends at 12:00 am on November 27, 2021. One is entered into the Sweepstakes by visiting the S&T Bank Facebook page (facebook.com/OfficialSTBank) and voting their favorite Lange-ism in the weekly polls. Or, for PA and OH residents only, on a 3” x 5” plain piece of paper, handprint your name, address, city, state, zip code, valid email address, phone number and weekly poll answer, and mail to: S&T Bank Lang-ism Vote and Win Sweepstakes, PO Box 190, Indiana, PA 15701. Each entry must be mailed separately from PA or OH. No mechanically reproduced entries will be honored. Limit one entry per person per day. Weekly polls will be available on the S&T Facebook page as follows: Poll #1 of the Lang-ism Vote and Win Sweepstakes will begin November 1, 2021 and end at 12:00 am on November 6, 2021. Poll #2 will begin November 8, 2021 and end at 12:00 am on November 13, 2021. Poll #3 will begin November 15, 2021 and end at 12:00 am on November 20, 2021. Poll #4 will begin on November 22, 2021 and end at 12:00 am on November 27, 2021.Grand prize winner will be selected from all qualifying entries received from the four (4) weekly polls occurring November 1, 2021 through 12:00 am, November 27, 2021. Mail-in entries following the criteria above must be received by the following dates to be entered into that week’s poll: all mail-in entries for Poll #1 must be received by November 9, 2021, all mail-in entries for Poll #2 must be received by November 16, 2021, all mail-in entries for Poll #3 must be received by November 23, 2021, all mail-in entries for Poll #4 must be received by November 30, 2021.

PRIZES: A total of five (5) prizes will be awarded from the entries received. One (1) winner will be selected per week from all qualifying entries received during that weekly poll. Each of the four (4) weekly prize winners will receive two (2) tickets to an upcoming Pittsburgh Penguins home game. Total approximate retail value: $150 per winner. One (1) grand prize winner will be selected from all qualifying entries received between November 1, 2021 and November 30, 2021. Grand prize winner will receive a Penguins experience package including five (5) tickets to a Pens Pulse happy hour event with Paul Steigerwald in Suite 66 and four (4) tickets to three (3) upcoming Pittsburgh Penguin home games. Total approximate retail value: $2,000. All prizes will be awarded. Any expenses not mentioned above are the winners’ responsibilities. Prizes may not be substituted, transferred, or exchanged. Federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are solely the responsibility of the winner. If applicable, winner will receive a 1099-MISC tax form reflecting the final and actual retail value of their prize. S&T Bank will choose the dates of the tickets/games awarded. All winners must have a valid email address to receive their prize.

WINNER SELECTION: One (1) winner will be selected from a random drawing including all qualifying entries from the weekly polls. The winner from poll #1 of the Lang-ism Vote and Win Sweepstakes will be drawn and notified on or by 5:00 pm on November 11, 2021. The winner from poll #2 of the Lang-ism Vote and Win Sweepstakes will be drawn and notified on or by 5:00 pm on November 18, 2021. The winner from poll #3 of the Lang-ism Vote and Win Sweepstakes will be drawn and notified on or by 5:00 pm on November 25, 2021. The winner from poll #4 of the Lang-ism Vote and Win Sweepstakes will be drawn and notified on or by 5:00 pm on December 2, 2021. The grand prize winner will be selected and notified on or by 5:00 pm on December 10, 2021 by random draw from all qualifying entries received from the four (4) weekly polls occurring November 1, 2021 through November 27, 2021. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for entries that are lost, late, or misdirected. Winners will be notified by Facebook private message, telephone and/or email.  If any prize letter is returned undeliverable, or if the winner does not respond, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. Prize acceptance constitutes permission to use winner’s name and likeness for publicity purposes without compensation. Sponsor and agents are not responsible for liability associated with the acceptance or use of the prize, for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, or postage-due mail. Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received.
