We continue to follow the new guidelines set forth by government health officials and ask that you follow these steps during your next visit:

  1. Upon visiting a branch, you’ll be greeted by an S&T banker. You may be asked to wait outside in order to maintain required space inside the branch.

  2. Our banker will help you navigate the office. We also have markers on the floor and plexiglass dividers at the teller line to help maintain social distancing, which is 6 feet between you and others.

  3. Please wear a mask. S&T team members will be wearing masks and we kindly ask for you to do the same. If you choose not to wear a mask, please use our drive-up teller windows or bank online.

We are taking extra precautions to maintain a safe, clean banking environment for our customers and employees, including disinfecting high-contact surfaces frequently throughout the day and utilizing professional janitorial services throughout the week.

We are here to support your banking needs.

ECONOMIC IMPACT PAYMENT SCAM AWARENESS

Scammers are viewing the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the issuance of Economic Impact Payments advantageously. Some may be after the payments themselves, while others are using the opportunity to get valuable personal information, like bank account or Social Security numbers.

As scammers become more sophisticated, it is important to understand the signs of fraud and best security practices. Remember the following tips to help protect yourself from potential scams:

  • Do not provide any bank or personal information over the phone. S&T Bank nor the IRS will contact you for any personal information.

  • Be cautious of unsolicited emails, text messages, or social media messages. If you receive an email, text message, or social media message with the subject line of stimulus check or stimulus payment it is likely a scam, so please do not open or respond.

  • Do not click links or download files in emails or text messages claiming to be official IRS requests. Please verify and cross reference any information you receive, don’t assume it’s legitimate.

For everything you need to know about the  Economic Impact Payments rely on trusted sources such as the IRS.

Please stay safe and healthy. We’re here for you.

COVID-19 Stimulus Check Update

If you are looking for your federal COVID-19 stimulus check, there are three ways to track it:

  1. Log into your online banking account. The government will direct deposit your money into the account that you designated for tax refunds.

  2. If the government does not have your account information, a check will be mailed to you.

  3. Check the status of your stimulus payment on the new IRS web portal.

Remember to avoid scams related to economic COVID-19 stimulus payments. The IRS will NOT call, text, email or contact you asking for personal or bank account information. Watch out for emails with attachments or links claiming to have special instructions about your payment.

March 18, 2020 Update

Our thoughts and hearts go out to those impacted by the Coronavirus (COVID-19). As we navigate the unfolding crisis, our commitment at S&T Bank continues to be first and foremost your health and well-being.

To protect our employees, customers and communities we serve, we are implementing the following changes:

Beginning Wednesday, March 18

  • All branches with a drive-up will operate as drive-up window service only

  • Our Solution Center hours will be extended

Beginning Thursday, March 19

  • Branches without a drive-up will be temporarily closed to the public

Beginning Friday, March 20

  • Our Ohio branches will have modified hours, Monday – Friday 10:00 am - 1:00 pm EST

Our decision is compliant with trusted resources, including the CDC, banking regulators, the Pennsylvania, Ohio and New York Department of Health and made with the safety and precaution of the community in mind.

Drive-Up Only, Select Branches Temporarily Closed

Because of the continued caution and guidance to avoid in-person meetings and contact, we’re closing the lobbies of all S&T Bank locations, and all branches that are able will move to drive-up window use only. While we are temporarily closing branch lobbies, all branches will be staffed and are able to help you with your financial needs.
