April 2, 2020 Update

 

At S&T Bank, we understand that the business community is also suffering from economic hardship due to the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak. We are committed to supporting you and your business to get through these challenging times together.

At this time, we are evaluating our ability to participate in the federal government’s Coronavirus Aid, Relief, Economic Security Act (CARES Act). Currently, we are unable to go-live with the program launch on Friday, April 3. As soon as we understand more of the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) guidelines of the program specifics, we will update you on our participation.

Please continue to visit this page as we learn more about the SBA Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) and to what extent our involvement will be. Once we are ready to go live with the program, we will provide an online application link to this page. During these challenging times, we are taking additional steps to support and protect your financial well-being. To help those customers who are experiencing financial hardships due to sickness or workplace closures as a result of COVID-19, we are offering the following support:

 

FOR CONSUMERS:

Consumer Loan Assistance

  • All consumer loans (Non-Real Estate) may benefit from a 90-day principal and interest deferral program with no credit bureau impact, please call our Solution Center to find out how at 800.325.2265.

     

    Homeowner Assistance

  • If you’re having difficulty making home loan (includes mortgage and home equity loans) payments, please contact our Solution Center at 800.325.2265, and we will help you find a solution that works best given your personal situation

     

Credit Card Assistance

For S&T Bank credit card holders, please contact Elan Financial Services at 800.558.3424 to see if you qualify for relief assistance which may include:

  • Temporarily waiving late or over limit fees

  • Rush card requests

FOR BUSINESSES:

S&T Bank understands the financial threat of COVID-19 to the business community and is available and ready to assist our business owners’ needs.

We encourage you to take advantage of S&T’s digital tools, where you can complete all your banking transactions without putting yourself or others at risk. You can access your accounts online from your computer or use the S&T Mobile app on your smartphone or tablet.

March 18, 2020 Update

 

Our thoughts and hearts go out to those impacted by the Coronavirus (COVID-19). As we navigate the unfolding crisis, our commitment at S&T Bank continues to be first and foremost your health and well-being.

 

To protect our employees, customers and communities we serve, we are implementing the following changes:

 

Beginning Wednesday, March 18

  • All branches with a drive-up will operate as drive-up window service only

  • Our Solution Center hours will be extended

Beginning Thursday, March 19

  • Branches without a drive-up will be temporarily closed to the public

Beginning Friday, March 20

  • Our Ohio branches will have modified hours, Monday – Friday 10:00 am - 1:00 pm EST

 

Our decision is compliant with trusted resources, including the CDC, banking regulators, the Pennsylvania, Ohio and New York Department of Health and made with the safety and precaution of the community in mind.

 

Drive-Up Only, Select Branches Temporarily Closed

Because of the continued caution and guidance to avoid in-person meetings and contact, we’re closing the lobbies of all S&T Bank locations, and all branches that are able will move to drive-up window use only. While we are temporarily closing branch lobbies, all branches will be staffed and are able to help you with your financial needs.

 

Our locations without drive-up capabilities will also temporarily close, the following provides you a nearby alternative location.
