ELIGIBILITY: Entrants must be a Pennsylvania or Ohio resident and 18 years of age or older. S&T Bank’s affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and production agencies, employees and their immediate families are not eligible. Sweepstakes are available on S&T Bank’s Instagram page. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. S&T Bank reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the sweepstakes at their discretion. The S&T Bank Share Your Game Face Sweepstakes is not endorsed, sponsored, or administered by Facebook, nor is Facebook associated in any way with this contest.

HOW TO ENTER: The Share Your Game Face Sweepstakes begins at 10:00 am on November 26, 2022 and ends at 12:00 am on December 7, 2022. One is entered into the Sweepstakes by visiting the S&T Bank Instagram page (instagram.com/stbankofficial) and commenting on one of the sweepstakes posts with their game face/selfie, comment using #mygameface, #stbank120 and tag at least one friend. Or, for PA and OH residents only, on a 3” x 5” plain piece of paper, handprint your name, address, city, state, zip code, valid email address, phone number and include, on a separate piece of paper, a printed photo of their game face/selfie, and mail to: S&T Bank Share Your Game Face Sweepstakes, PO Box 190, Indiana, PA 15701. Each entry must be mailed separately from PA or OH. No mechanically reproduced entries will be honored. Limit one entry per person per day. Sweepstakes will be available on the S&T Instagram page as follows: Post #1 of The Share Your Game Face Sweepstakes will be posted at 10 am on November 26, 2022. Post #2 will be posted at 10 am on November 29, 2022. Post #3 will be posted at 10 am on December 1, 2022. Post #4 will be posted at 10 am on December 3, 2023. Post #5 will be posted at 10 am on December 6,2022. Grand prize winner will be selected from all qualifying entries received from the five (5) Share Your Game Face Sweepstakes Instagram posts occurring November 26, 2022 through 12:00 am, December 7, 2022. Mail-in entries following the criteria above must be received by December 7, 2022. Exact duplicate entries (photos) will be disqualified.

PRIZES: A total of one (1) prize will be awarded from the entries received. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected from all qualifying entries received during The Share Your Game Face Sweepstakes. One (1) prize winner will receive four (4) club level tickets to an upcoming Pittsburgh Penguins home game and a $100 Visa gift card. Total approximate retail value: $1,000. One (1) grand prize winner will be selected from all qualifying entries received between November 26, 2022 and December 7, 2022. Prize will be awarded. Any expenses not mentioned above are the winners’ responsibilities. Prizes may not be substituted, transferred, or exchanged. Federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are solely the responsibility of the winner. If applicable, winner will receive a 1099-MISC tax form reflecting the final and actual retail value of their prize. S&T Bank will choose the dates of the tickets/games awarded. All winners must have a valid email address to receive their prize.

WINNER SELECTION: One (1) winner will be selected from a random drawing including all qualifying entries. The one (1) grand prize winner will be selected and notified on or by 5:00 pm on December 12, 2022 by random draw from all qualifying entries received from the sweepstakes occurring November 26, 2022 through December 7, 2022. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for entries that are lost, late, or misdirected. Winners will be notified by Instagram direct message, telephone and/or email. If any prize letter is returned undeliverable, or if the winner does not respond, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. Prize acceptance constitutes permission to use winner’s name and likeness for publicity purposes without compensation. Sponsor and agents are not responsible for liability associated with the acceptance or use of the prize, for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, or postage-due mail. Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received.
